Reasonably priced and beautifully maintained room with 2 double beds. Good location, short walk to restaurants in the Lastarria district and cafes within a 6-block radius. Excellent food available.

Had a very good stay for two nights. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, right by central Santiago, and museums, theater, Plaza de Armas, Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral. Within walking distance of everything. The staff was excellent and always on disposal.

The room was of excellent quality and had easy access to public transportation, as well as complimentary tea and coffee.

Location: the hotel was just off many "must see" places and the metro station, downtown shops and money exchange and recommendations for others nearby.

I was there for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant with excellent food. Central heating, a safe and a mini bar fridge were available in the room. The location was incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from a presidential palace.

The location is very central, close to many restaurant options and key areas like Barrio Paris Londres as well as the city center. The superior king room was modern and featured both a bath and a shower.

We loved the hotel's central location, as it was near all the restaurants and close to the central attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a metro station made it easy for us to explore other parts of the city.

Great location for exploring the city. Helpful staff arranged last-minute winery trip. Receptionist Carlos was exceptional, providing directions and assisting with credit card theft incident. Room exceeded expectations, comfortable with good breakfast options. No street noise, comfortable beds.
