The location was perfect, conveniently near many

attractions and restaurants. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. However, I did find the bathroom a bit cramped, which could be uncomfortable for some. Overall, the service was outstanding and very attentive.

I loved how I could easily walk to both Parque Forestal and the beautiful Santiago Metropolitan Cathedral, allowing me to soak in the local culture and scenery during my stay. the attentive staff and delicious breakfast were also standout features that made my experience truly enjoyable! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable room and nice amenities like the swimming pool after a long day of exploring.

stayed at plaza san francisco for 5 nights and loved the location right in the historic center! so many attractions were within easy walking distance. also, the changing rooms had lockers available, which was convenient!

This hotel is definitely overhyped. The amenities are lackluster, and charging for basic bottled water is absurd. It's frustrating that the air conditioning barely worked during the heatwave. We expected better hygiene products, but found only the bare minimum. Overall, it felt more like staying in a budget hotel than a luxury one.
